The Winter Boot Camp Program is designed to keep young athletes active and in shape during the colder months through dynamic, fun-filled workouts. The focus is on maintaining fitness with a variety of exercises, including plyometrics, sprints, and agility drills, which help improve strength, speed, and coordination. These sessions emphasize character building as much as physical fitness, encouraging teamwork, perseverance, and a positive mindset. Location: Eleanor Roosevelt Elementary | Gymnasium
Time: 5:00PM-6:00PM
Duration: 10 Weeks/1 day per week
Ages: 7-12yrs (Grades 2-5. Will make an exception for 1st grade, but must contact coach Bogan)
Focus: Dynamic workouts and off season conditioning
Group Limit: 20 athletes
Cost: $140/athlete
